Order Query

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. To get an estimated delivery time frame, we recommend checking the tracking information associated with your order.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that your order is damaged. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please take multiple clear photos of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receipt, and email them to us at support@thedeligiftsco.zendesk.com with a description of the damage. Please include your order number. 

Can I make changes to my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We cannot make changes to your delivery address once it has been dispatched. Please check all the details of your order thoroughly before finalising and placing your order.

We understand that occasionally customers put in an incorrect delivery address, which we may be able to amend if you get in touch quickly and during our business hours. Please email us at support@thedeligiftsco.zendesk.com.

Will my order contain a receipt?

We understand that items could be sent as gifts so no receipt will be included in the package. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been dispatched, we regret that it cannot be cancelled. However, if you'd like to cancel your order before it's shipped, please get in touch with us at support@thedeligiftsco.zendesk.com, and don't forget to include your order number in your message for further assistance.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Our orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail and EVRi, and the shipping time frame varies based on the delivery method you've selected. It usually takes 2-4 working days for orders to arrive.

It's important to note that during the festive season, shipping times may increase due to heightened demand and potential postal service delays. We recommend planning ahead and placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery during this busy period.

How much does shipping cost? 

Our standard shipping rate is £5.99 per order. You can enjoy free delivery for orders exceeding £50.

Where do you ship? 

Delivery is available to all addresses in the UK mainland. If you are placing an order from the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands or other non-mainland UK address, delivery is available in most circumstances, but there may be an additional fee. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, delivery is only available to addresses in the UK mainland.

What courier service do you use for shipping? 

We use EVRi and Royal Mail to fulfill our orders. You'll be able to choose the delivery method for your order.

Can I track my order once shipped? 

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress as your spices make their way to you.

Refund & Return

What is your return policy? 

We have a 14 day return and refund policy upon delivery of your order. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return postage is at the buyers expense, though a full refund on the item cost will be given upon receipt and inspection. 

In cases where orders are eligible for a refund, refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

How long do I have to request a return or exchange? 

Items are no longer eligible for return after 14 days of delivery and are considered final sale.
